32nd Finale of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity
ZUGIL is always very happy to join the charity collection for the Great Orchestra of Christmas Charity, because we believe that together we can do more.
This year, except of collecting money for a can and an eMoneybox, during the 32nd Finale, we handed over to the WOŚP headquarters in Wieluń a voucher worth 15000PLN, which will be transferred to the account of Jurek Owsiak’s Foundation.

Purchase investment MOSTOSTAL CHOJNICE
On 1 December 2023. ZUGIL S.A. finalised the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Mostostal Chojnice. The value of the investment covered the amount of PLN 39 million.
The previous shareholder of Mostostal Chojnice was a company from TDJ ‘s portfolio – ZAMET S.A.
Mostostal Chojnice is a renowned contractor of large-scale handling equipment for container ports and power plants. The company specialises in the production of steel structures for crane equipment, container cranes and handling equipment.

Scholarships for children of ZUGIL employees
During this year’s jubilee XXV edition of the scholarship programmes of the Foundation for the Development of Wieluń County, ZUGIL S.A. made its debut as the founder of annual special scholarships for the children of our employees who achieved high academic results in the previous school year.
Under the Equal Opportunities programme, the Foundation awarded 24 scholarships, of which 3 were presented to our scholarship holders!

Preventive tests for ZUGIL employees
In the last week of September, we invited all men working at ZUGIL to participate in a free preventive test of the PSA marker for early detection of prostate cancer. The campaign attracted considerable interest. More than 200 men took part in the tests. We thank all brave men for participating in the test and wish them good health!
