On 1 December 2023. ZUGIL S.A. finalised the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Mostostal Chojnice. The value of the investment covered the amount of PLN 39 million.
The previous shareholder of Mostostal Chojnice was a company from TDJ ‘s portfolio – ZAMET S.A.
Mostostal Chojnice is a renowned contractor of large-scale handling equipment for container ports and power plants. The company specialises in the production of steel structures for crane equipment, container cranes and handling equipment.
