At the end of last year Zugil S.A. completed the project for JSF Silikon – one of the largest manufacturers of silicone products in Poland and a trading partner for many companies from around the world.
We had the pleasure to design, manufacture and deliver four furnaces for heating silicone products.
Due to the fact that these products are used in medicine or food industry, they must meet very strict technical and sanitary conditions. The holding process was therefore aimed at removing all harmful and undesirable chemicals used in production.
The furnaces we designed meet these requirements.
We have applied technical solutions that allow continuous monitoring of the process technical parameters while optimizing energy consumption (so important nowadays).
