Cooling tunnels are parts of painting lines. They are used to lower the temperature of details before the next technological process or to safely remove them from technological transport.
Air with increased temperature that is generated in the cooling process is used in many ways, depending on where it is generated.
If it is not contaminated, the air can be used for heating the space directly or it can partially return to the tunnel to maintain a constant input temperature.
If the air is not clean, e.g. when cooling the components down after painting, it can be treated in the cross-flow heat exchanger and used for heating the production rooms or for preheating the air in other technological devices, thus limiting their heating capacity.
Requirement of heat recovery is a condition that our Clients expect to be met when implementing new investments or modernizing existing facilities and equipment.
